After being a corporate project manager for most of my life, I made a big leap eight years ago to open my small business. It's been by far one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. When you're a small business owner your heart and soul goes into everything you do. The wins are HUGE and the losses are painful. But somehow, each day you get up and keep pushing the cart sideways and sooner or later you look up and see the vision you've been hoping for. What an amazing feeling.
